We're based in Acacia Ridge. Not a call centre with a Brisbane number, but an actual workshop on Overlord Place, which means the southside is the area our teams know best and reach fastest.

The southside isn't one kind of house, and that changes what a good system looks like.
The inner south (Annerley, Yeronga, Tarragindi, Greenslopes, Holland Park) is heavy on Queenslanders and post-war timber. Steep-pitched tin roofs, often with limited unshaded north-facing area once you account for established trees and neighbouring two-storeys. Panel layout matters more here than panel count, and switchboards in older homes frequently need attention before a battery goes in.
The middle ring (Moorooka, Salisbury, Coopers Plains, Sunnybank, Mount Gravatt) is largely post-war lowset brick with tiled roofs. Generally straightforward installs with good roof area, though tile work needs care and the switchboard age varies enormously street to street.
The outer south (Calamvale, Algester, Parkinson, Stretton, Runcorn) is newer estate housing. Bigger roofs, newer boards, usually the easiest installs on the southside and often the best candidates for larger systems with batteries.
Industrial pockets around Rocklea, Archerfield and Acacia Ridge itself are commercial and light industrial: different scale, different tariffs, and worth a conversation rather than a package.
Every system on the southside connects to Energex, and export limits and approval conditions vary by area and system size. We handle the application and the paperwork as part of the job, so it isn't something you need to chase.
