We are based in Acacia Ridge, so Brisbane is our home patch. The inner suburbs, the river, the western hills and the bay each bring their own install problems, and we plan for them before we quote.

The inner city and river suburbs. West End, South Brisbane, Milton, Paddington, Auchenflower and Toowong mix Queenslanders, post-war flats and newer apartment blocks. Units and townhouses are common. On a strata roof, body corporate approval usually comes before any install date, so ask us about it on the first call.
The western hills. Indooroopilly, Taringa, Chapel Hill, Kenmore, Brookfield and Pullenvale are leafy and hilly. Mature trees shade roofs for part of the day, so we design around where the shade falls, not around roof area alone. Storms bring down branches and lines here, which makes backup power worth a proper look.
The newer west. Jindalee, Mount Ommaney, Jamboree Heights, Sinnamon Park and Riverhills are established estates with solid roof area. Most are straightforward installs, and switchboard age is the main thing we check.
Flood history. Parts of the river and creek suburbs flooded in 2011 and again in 2022. If your home has flooded, tell us at the quote stage. It changes where the inverter, battery and switchboard go, and it is far cheaper to design around than to replace.
The bayside east. Wynnum, Manly, Lota and the streets near the bay sit in a marine environment. Salt air is hard on mounting hardware, fixings and enclosures, so we specify them for how close you are to the water.
